PRE - PRODUCTION

Generating and refining ideas for the project, identifying the purpose and goals of the production, and creating a concept that aligns with these goals.

Creating visual representations of the script, including sketches of each shot and sequence. Storyboards help the director and production team to visualize the final product and plan the shoot.

Finding and selecting actors to play the roles in the production. The casting director may hold auditions, review resumes and headshots, and make casting decisions based on the project’s needs.

Designing the sets, props, and other visual elements of the production. The production designer works with the director to create a cohesive visual style for the project.


Creating a budget for the project and managing the costs of production. The producer works closely with the director and other production team members to ensure that the project stays within budget.
Writing a script that outlines the story, characters, and dialogue for the project. The script serves as a blueprint for the production team to follow.

Identifying and securing the locations where the production will take place, such as studios, sets, or outdoor locations. The location scout works with the director to ensure that the chosen locations fit the project’s vision.

Designing and creating costumes for the actors to wear during the production. The costume designer works closely with the director to ensure that the costumes fit the characters and the overall vision of the project.

Creating a production schedule that outlines the shooting days, locations, and actors needed for each day of production. The production manager works closely with the director and other production team members to ensure that the schedule is realistic and achievable.

Creating a digital representation of the final product before the shoot, using 3D modeling, animation, and other techniques. Pre-visualization helps the director and production team to plan the shoot and make changes before filming begins

PRODUCTION SERVICES

Capturing video footage of the project using professional-grade cameras and equipment.

Capturing high-quality audio for the project, using microphones and other sound equipment.

Managing the logistics of the shoot, including scheduling, equipment rental, and crew coordination.
Setting up and adjusting lighting for each shot, to achieve the desired visual effect.

Guiding the actors and crew to ensure that the project meets the vision of the director and production team.

POST - PRODUCTION

Selecting and arranging the footage captured during production, to create a final cut of the project.

Adjusting the levels and quality of the audio recorded during production and adding sound effects and music.

Creating and adding titles, credits, and graphics to the final cut of the project.

Exporting the final cut of the project in the appropriate format for distribution, whether for television, online streaming, or theatrical release.


Adjusting the colour and brightness of each shot, to achieve a consistent visual style.

Adding or enhancing visual effects, green screen effects, or motion graphics.


Finalising the audio mix and adjusting for optimal playback quality.
